Dynamics of Conflict
This module will focus on the dynamics of conflict and how we are affected by it.
Participants will learn a new way of describing conflict and how to recognize their own responses to it. They will reflect on a specific conflict from their past and learn how they might have managed it differently.

Conflict Resolution in the Classroom
This module looks at how the S.A.L.T. Programme builds the capacity of children to negotiate successfully in conflict. With reference to what have been learnt in the first three modules.
Practical interventions and strategies teachers and students can use to positively manage conflict. It acts as both a summary of the course and a focus for the practical application of the skills learnt during the four modules.
